In 2005, New Dawn established the first multidisciplinary and comprehensive outpatient eating disorders treatment program in Marin County. Under the leadership and clinical excellence of Erin Elfant-Rea, PhD and her experienced full time staff of Registered Dieticians and Licensed Psychologists and psychotherapists, hundreds of patients from all over the San Francisco Area have already been successfully treated at our clinic for eating disorders ranging from binge eating to anorexia.
To better meet the needs of our eating disorders patients, we offer Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and Continuing Care 5 (five) days per week, making New Dawn Eating Disorders Recovery Centers in Sausalito the only full-service outpatient program in the entire Bay Area region. Our ability to offer each patient multiple group options (at different times of day) with varying topics ensures that every patient’s eating disorder treatment is uniquely tailored to achieve their specific goals.
