Dr. Cull, PsyD

Program Coordinator

Dr. Cull obtained his Doctor of Psychology from Southern California University with a specialty in Addiction, and has over 30 years of experience assisting individuals with addictive disorders. Dr. Cull is a member of the American Psychological Association and Division 50 (Addictive Disorders) and the California Psychological Association.  He specializes in adolescent addictive disorders and family dynamics, and often lectures to law enforcement agencies, hospital Emergency Departments, local high schools and colleges. Dr. Cull has been a member of the “Drug Endangered Children Taskforce” since 2000.

In his spare time, Dr. Cull is Executive Director of NorCal Behavioral Health Center in Nevada County, where he is currently researching the efficacy of NeuroFeedback in association with relapse prevention.
