Clinical Director

The Clinical Director position entails hiring, training and supervising counselors, nurses, interns and support staff, overseeing all clinical operations including utilization review, treatment and discharge planning, program development and family counseling. Other duties include improving existing evidence-based practices and evaluating and improving upon existing outcomes management. Experience working with managed care a plus. Must also be willing to provide group and individual counseling as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two years experience managing a licensed and accredited residential chemical dependency and/or mental health program preferred. Masters degree required, Ph.D or PsyD. in Clinical Psychology with current CA license preferred. Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
