We recognize that you have a choice when looking for a healthcare provider. That is why we continually strive to offer the highest quality of accessible and affordable treatment options to the communities we serve. This also is why we continue to expand our reach and open new locations throughout Northern California – we currently have numerous locations in the Bay Area and Sacramento County.
Our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare and treatment options is evidenced by our longstanding relationship with CARF, an international accreditation organization that subjects its accredited providers to rigorous site surveys and annual quality reviews that require evidenced-based practices and a client-centered approach to treatment.
Additional advantages that all of our facilities and programs offer include the following:
Our “Friendly Financing” program allows those with compromised or average credit to get the treatment options they deserve, with no interest if paid off within six months. |
Our “Fly On Us” program helps to substantially reduce or eliminate travel costs, and airport transfers are also included. This program is applicable to all airports in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Sacramento County. |
We are one of the few providers offering every level of care from Residential treatment to Intensive Outpatient, thereby eliminating the practice of being bounced from one provider to another. |
Our Outpatient clinics are not found in strip malls, but rather are carefully located in private and confidential settings that offer patios, allow for nature walks, and have ample parking in order to contribute to an environment that is both therapeutic and convenient. |
Our Network Provider status with nearly every insurance company means that we can offer treatment options at the lowest possible cost to you so that you can focus on your recovery and leave the insurance billing to us. |
Experience. We have been Northern California’s most trusted provider of behavioral healthcare for nearly a quarter century, and we were the first organization to offer CARF accredited programs for Chemical Dependency in the Sacramento Region, and the first to offer CARF accredited programs for Eating Disorders in the San Francisco Bay Area and Marin County. |
Client Satisfaction. Consistently, between 95% and 98% of our patients, residents, and program participants report positive ratings on a wide range of program components. |
While we are a company of “firsts”, we want your stay here to be your last. That’s why we offer free lifetime aftercare, also referred to as “continuing care”, because we know that the illnesses we treat are chronic and life-threatening, and that regular support following program completion can be the difference between continuing relapses and a new life that is free from addiction or disordered eating. |
